Doesn’t even like wearing full face helmet!
So took me quite awhile to “warm up” to MRI-ing.
Managed to do the MRI today. *perspire*
Largely due to the three professional staff at work today.
Friendly, patient and reassuring.
Especially MinYi - cheerful nature and encouraging words. ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first MRI experience - assisted by very helpful and kind staff. They walked through the process thoroughly and the radiologist helped with finding a fitting camera for my scan. To counter the loud machine I also listened to music (they let me choose) and received the scans in a card USB after about 15 mins later. Learned some new things today! Thank you.
For time - reached 11am for 11.30 appt, finished about 12.40 in the end and left about 12.50pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse is helpful and cheerful which is helpful to the patients who are nervous especially first time for MRI. Just a suggestion the nurse who carry out the MRI to brief the patient what they will be expecting and what they should or not to do, especially for oldies will be very much helpfil. Overall the experience and service is good. Thank you. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for an MRI scan. The staff are really kind and polite. The Radiologist was speedy in forwarding the scans and updating my orthopaedic doctor immediately. Also importantly, I’m slightly claustrophobic & the MRI machine there is quite spacious so when I feel slightly anxious I can still see out the machine which really was a huge plus for me. Great clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small place that provides MRI scans using a GE Optima 1.5t, released about 10 years ago.
The rates they charge are double the common market rates, MRI costs SGD 1350.- till 1800.-. Trying to explain this with more modern equipment used, well.
The staff is all super friendly and supportive. However, the rates are simply a no-go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you OHM for taking care of me so well during my recent MR examination. I had a fall and had sustained an injury to my shoulder .
Staff put in a lot of effort to walk me through my shoulder scan.
I had very severe anxiety due to past MR experience and my MRI was a success here with the amazing team patiently walking me through process. ?
They put on this magical visual for me to look at during the scan which I found to be very calming and comfortable that I eyes went heavy and I fell asleep ? instantly . The ambience here is soothing and staff are calm and professional. ??
