His sessions were never boring as he goes beyond his role as therapist and regarded his clients as friends. Thank you, Kelvin! Also to the wonderful and friendly team at the front desk!

I have recovered well and would like to give a big thanks to Kelvin ??oh ya, not forgetting the friendly front desk staffs, thanks for always being so cheerful whenever I step into the clinic. I will definitely recommend this place to people who need physio therapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for treatment of a strained knee ligament that has caused me to stop running regularly for a year. After 2 sessions, I was able to jog slowly. And now after a month since the last treatment, I am jogging regularly again. The physiotherapist knew what she was doing and gave me some exercises to help me recover. I would recommend Rapid Physiocare for they know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First came here 2 years ago (Tanjong pagar outlet then) and again now. Staff are incredible helpful and friendly. Olivia is also very professional and was my physiotherapist then and now. Always glad to be back here to fix my medical issues, will recommend to others looking for a good physio.
Sheny is also amazing and really patient! Thank you both.

The counter staff team has also been very courteous in welcoming me and others! In total, a very good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Rapid Physio was definitely an exceptional one. My main physiotherapist was Rahul and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of detail that he took during our sessions. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Through our sessions, I do see a very notable increase in my range of movement and strength in my shoulder (which was previously very stiff due to my desk bound job and old injury). The admin staff (Justin & Cindy) were also super helpful in working with me to schedule my appointments.

Nur Diana then took over and has been a great therapist. She treated my wrist carefully yet effectively. Love her warm personality. All the staff are wonderful and made it comfortable for me. Thank you Rapid for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best physio experience so far! I went there 4 times and the service was consistently good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and it was not difficult to get an appointment. I worked mainly with Rahul and he was very good! Very inquisitive to start with, asked me all the relevant questions to understand my situation first, then made me do a range of movements and really explained his prognosis based on how well I performed those movements. He was never rushed at explaining the exercises I was to do after the sessions, and was always happy to recap all the instructions at the end of each session. I felt really taken care of and am already seeing improvements in my knees and legs overall? Thank you!
