Bought a new UDream and this very lousy built product and worst nobody is responding to my request for help when the sales personnel advised me to purchase additional warranty. Osim is only interested to sell and does not stand by their product. I agreed with the rest here.. stay away!

Bought 2 chairs from Osim: UDivine and Ulove2. Impossible to reach customer service when both chairs had issues within warranty period. Takes a family worth of incessant calling to finally get through. When repair representative came fixed one but the other had spares shortage, been 3 months of waiting and calling to no avail. Still unresolved. Would appreciate your good revert osim.

bad service, text them the issue never reply. Call service center, says will get tech. to call within 3-5 days but never call after 3 weeks.

Very poor and below the par after-sales service. I have never come across a product company at this scale not able to deliver service quality that match the customer satisfaction despite customer paying a premium for the so-called luxury chair. I recently have my Osim uLove serviced on the 4th Feb, and also to diagnosed for some noise from the chair. Good work that the service guy managed to find the cause, it was coming from the foot rest. It was then dismantled for repair. I have since been using this product half crippled. I received the call on Feb 18 about the earliest available date for the return visit to install the foot rest - guessed what ! 23rd March 2021. You may start counting how many days elapsed thus far. It caught me by an awful surprise. And it has broken down again last week, I sent a Whatsapp message on 5 Apr, till this day no response. I decided to call the service line last Friday 9 Apr, only a case # is given and was told that a service guy will call..... to fix an appointment. Red tape all over its' operations! All I encountered from OSIM, is wait and wait and wait.... with the product crippled at home. An expensive white elephant. Very disappointed with the level of service of this company.

This was written after lots of contemplation because I am convinced that my review would just be one of the many bad reviews here. However, I have decided to share my experience here as I would like to be heard as a consumer. I purchased the Osim usqueeze 2 on shoppee and it was meant to be a birthday present for myself. The order was only received 9 days later but I did not bother to ask them to expediate as I already gathered from the other reviews that the customer service was just pointless. When I received the item, I was very concerned with the constant loud humming sound when I switched on the machine(sounded like electrical current or vibrations). As I was busy with work, I called customer service only about a week later to express my concern over the loud humming sound. During the phone conversation, the customer service agent told me that this humming sound is normal and explained that I must have not noticed about the sound at the shopping centre (tested at tampines outlet before buying, no sound). He reassured me that he will still note down my feedback and to call again if the problem still persists. As expected, the problem did not go away (fyi, I went to Takashimaya outlet to confirm that my item is really faulty) hence I had to carry my usqueeze2 all the way to tampines mall for them to send it back for servicing. I did not receive any phone call from Osim customer service on the repair status or when to collect the item. Waited for almost 2 weeks and I had to call the customer service to check if it was ready for collection. The customer service agent informed that the repair was already done and by right they were supposed to call me but they did not. When I went to collect my item at the customer service centre, I was approached by a lady telling me that her elderly mother had passed away from burns caused by the product and she warned me that my usqueeze2 was also from the same batch number as the one that her late mother used. However, I am in no position to comment or pass any judgement hence I shall not comment further here (please do not quote me and spread unverified rumours of Osim). This encounter made me more uncomfortable with the fact that I was advised with the customer service agent that the humming sound was normal and many thoughts crossed my mind..what if my loved one or even myself got hurt, it would have been really devasting. Unfortunate incidents like these could happen to anyone. To add on to the disappointment, the customer service agent who attended to me on that day was just living in his own bubble, he had difficulty accepting my comments on the checking of product before shipping out to customers. Instead, he blame it on the "nature" of electrical items. It is very simple..if the item was really checked before sending out then I would not have received a faulty product in the first place. You do not need Einstein to tell you that. Human factors such as performance deficit , lack of situation awareness, lack of knowledge or even the lack of empathy of the customer service agent could potentially ruin someone's life or cause irresversible damage to the company. I support local company but it is really time to wake up, Osim!

Lousy after sales service. Bought 2 ucozy from their Lazada official store. 1 power cable not working. Took video and sent to return/refund via Lazada. Rejected as insufficient proof. CS said have to go to outlet for exchange and refund. Went to outlet at Nex. Nex Outlet says they don't do refund or exchange. Have to go to Hq in Ubi! Wrote back to Osim CS in Lazada. Reply was that retail shop exchange as a favour!! U have a lousy SOP, Osim!! If everyone must bring to your HQ for exchange then say it upfront. Don't give stupid reasons like insufficient proof, doing favour. Don't put free returns on your Lazada page if you don't know what that is.

Bought a new UDream at JP outlet and received faulty product....1 for 1 exchange still have issue ...after sales services worth and i need to call back follow up myself...im tiring with them....paid for S$8K but received such services....although the sales person is nice but the Head office not support them at all .....I agreed with the rest here.. please think again before buying . stay away ~~~~

Very bad customer service. Called for few days nobody answer. Leave message but never call back. Requested to repair my ulove massage chair from last year September until now still cannot be repair. They only care for sales with luxury showroom and premium price. Stay away
