Bought the Osim Office Chair, within 2 weeks cannot adjust tilt..within months cannot adjust height. Called in May n only secure late july appt. Biggest regret.

Would like to post a review regarding the customer experience when I was at the tiong bahru plaza outlet. Firstly, I was being attended by one of your china sales associate. First impression was bad. Staff could not communicate in english and forced me to communicate in mandarin. Thus, I would like to take this opportunity to ask OSIM on this. Are you guys being customer eccentric? Why would a customer must adapt to you guys and not the other way around? Secondly, when I was browsing the outlet with my mum. Your staff did a number of things that angers me. I was deciding on the gaming chair which is comprising of 4 colours Black, purple, orange and pink. My colour selection was only orange or pink. So to me choosing other colours was definitely a deal breaker for me. However, staff continued to push to me getting the black or purple chair. At this point of time, she even gave me a 10% discount. I felt humiliated by your staff actions. May I know is your organization belittling me, thinking that I could not afford the gaming chair and chose to offer me 10% so that I can make the purchase? I keep emphasized to her that she is pushing a product to me which I dont like as the colours that I wanted is unavailble. She is the "typical" salesperson who wishes to sell a merchandise to customer simply to meet her so called monthly sales target. Zero understanding to the customer's needs and requirements. Thirdly, I was sharing with her how much my current spoilt SL gaming chair. I informed her that I bought at $400 plus. Arguing that she has heard customers bought SL at $700-$800. I even offered to show her my invoice of the purchase to prove my case. However, she continued to argue saying that amount cant be that cheap. Lastly, she even coerced my mum to convince me to take black or purple. This is downright nasty as wanna do such tactics simply to do one sales. Currently, sales manager jacky/jackie has promised that the CS side would drop a follow-up email stating the above mentioned staff would receive a written warning in 1-2 working days after we spoke on saturday 19 Mar. However, it is already thursday and I have yet to receive the email. No accountability between inter departments to resolve complaints. I would warn people to spend your hard earned money to buy products elsewhere as OSIM does not deserve our support in this difficult times.
