★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like very short handed. On the phone line for 16 minutes n yet cannot get anyone to pick up n answer. Definitely will not recommend anyone in purchasing.
Just want to make an appointment due to excessive noise before breakdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping for last minute Christmas gifts and stumbled into store. Was greeted by a friendly SA, Li Guo who recommended us some promo that the brand is having without focusing on the price point because the other similar product store we went into only recommended the very expensive ones which aren't ideal for simple gifts and ignore us when we didn't show much interest. Li Guo was different and showed us around the shop and let us try the different products even the most expensive massage chair and made us feel welcomed and not pushy at all. We ended up buying 4 neck massagers as gift for our friends. Thank you! Sometimes, a good SA is not a pushy fella that only wants you to buy the most expensive stuff. My 5 ⭐ is for Li Guo.
