โ โ โ โ โ One of my family's staple at home for several years, easily the best otah in Singapore with generous amounts of fish! The otah can be prepared very easily and is a versatile ingredient that can be cooked in many ways. The non-spicy version is great for children too!

โ โ โ โ โ The otah bun is my favourite snack. Well balanced spiciness of the otah, real chunk of moist mackerel, a slice of cucumber and usually the sweet hand made Chinese pau. On this pix for a change I tried the otah bun with a hot dog bun, tasty as well. I love the mochis as well (particularly the durian and mango varieties). I eat Otah Boy products regularly and quality is consistent.

โ โ โ โ โ Otah was very rich & deliciousโฆ the customer service was extraordinary. I ordered 21 frozen packs for my husband to bring back to USA. When the seller delivered to the hotel, he found out that the hotel has no freezer. He then offered to deliver at 5:45am the next day to make sure the Otah is fresh and frozen-ready for more than 24hrs flight! What a dedication! It is clear that quality assurance meant alot to him. I highly recommend this business!
