The lift is down for more then 2 wks in my condo at Balestier. They sent account mgr for meeting and then no follow-up. Lift is still down. Residence is at their mercy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give negative 5 stars if given option, not responsive, not responsible, got number = to no number, call million times no answer. Just want to charge for every single work possible even thought it part of their work and under their care. Very not disappointed but extremely disguised. please rethink on your work standard.
