Technically their lifts performed sluggishly and are a irritation to use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor lift is an understatement. Lift at Ace the Place CC, is always out of order. NOT TO MENTION THAT THIS CC IS A RELATIVELY NEW BUILDING.
One instance, lift was repaired in the morning and went down on the same evening (quote CC staff).
BCA and Town council should look into this, before any major accident happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one around doing the lift maintenance and the lift is put up with sign "Lift under servicing". They are having coffee at the coffee shop at the side. It had happened for years and complaint is also useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in 312A Clementi Av 4, lifts have always some kind of problems. Sometimes they don't stop at desired level, some man trap, noise in the cabin, etc.
But this morning it was the worst: both lifts going to higher floors (22-40) under service. People queuing at main lobby to go up, but no lifts. Called their hotline to say this is unacceptable (only one lift at a time must be under service, not both) and this must be addressed immediately. No wonder they were banned for some years from tendering. They should be banned forever.
