Of course as a first time owner we’d be full of questions and ideas, Jalen would listen wholeheartedly and explain to us patiently and gives his very best to accommodate us.
With me being OCD, I understand that I may not be an easy client to deal with but Jalen doesn’t take any offence and yet he still assured us that he would rectify any problems we raised. Especially with these words, he would say them very steadily, “Ok, I will settle this.”
& after that, you give him some time that he needs, fret not he will make sure he solve all the problems!
