Great swimming school. My kids love to go for their weekly swimming lesson. The coach is patient and lessons are fun.

Both my children (age 6 and 8) were with Owen Swim School since mid 2018. The coaches are good but I decided to withdraw them due to the school's inconsistent upgrading system. Last year, the students were progressively upgraded by wrist band colours at NO EXTRA COST except to pay for the certificate at $12. This year LATE JANUARY, my children were given a "swim test" band each after a regular lesson. I waited, thinking the test will be conducted during their subsequent lessons but was told in MARCH (only after I asked) that the payable test will MOST LIKELY take place in April. Changes in policy is acceptable but with such advanced technology nowadays, I don't understand why the info is not timely share with parents, especially when their Facebook page seems active with regular updates/posts. When I wrote in to enquire about withdrawal, the admin lady, Carol replied flatly the date of their last lesson and they will process the deposit refund to me OUT OF GOOD WILL. It is obvious that the school don't bother about retaining existing students. Such poor customer service/management is probably the reason why their fees are cheaper compared to their competitors.

Our kids were taught by Coach Owen. He’s very engaging with preschoolers and primary aged children, lessons are fun so they always look forward to lessons. My kids have been learning for a year plus now, and have shown good progress! At times, Coach Owen would demonstrate to the kids how to swim, and it was always a treat to watch coz he simply glides in the water effortlessly!
