โ โ โ โ โ I am not quite experienced in staying in budgeted hotels in Singapore but lemme tell you, thats an experience!
I just wanna say the good things about this property, not to moan like so many ppl whom wanna pay peanuts and get 5 stars.
So, the good things:
Very very good wifi
Very friendly reception
If requested, room kept in a tight and clean state
Tv has HBO
Excellent AC.
So off you go, pay 60 SGB and get a bed, aircon, tv, internet. Actually, if you are not fancy, thats all what you need.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice hotel with basic equipment, about 15 minutes walking from the MRT Station. The room is clean and medium size; very reasonable price in Singapore.

โ โ โ โ โ Pros.: Room is clean. Aircon ok. Twin beds room are ok to sleep. Bathroom with hot and strong water.
Con.: Room small. Lights arranged unreasonably. My daughter needed a center ceiling light for reading but there's only one main light on door step. And one sleeping light. The whole room is dark and you could do nothing but sleep. Room equiped only with a small table-cabinet and a make-up table. Overall, pricey room but under standard.

โ โ โ โ โ Above expectations for a budget stopover. Very clean, good air-con & Wi-Fi Nice view from window and food around the area very affordable. Bathroom even had toothbrush included. Located very close to station and easy commute to Airport. Would definitely recommend for the budget conscious.

โ โ โ โ โ Adequate accomodations. A lot of food options just outside. I had a room with a window. Which is VERY important. Some of these budget hotels have rooms without windows. And that's scary.

โ โ โ โ โ The place was clean and comfortable. The price was among the best in Singapore at the time. This isn't a 5 star hotel, but it is also not a 5 star price. The value was pretty good this is why I gave it 4 stars
