Kim Tian Hotel - 21 Lor 22 Geylang

The whole hotel is so old and smelly, counter staff unfriendly ask to pay $20 when bring a friend up for 5mins just to use toilet.

Room photo are not match with photo they provide in agoda. Room is old, curtain and cabinet are dirty. Not convenient as a lot of guy in and out the hotel.

This I think is the cheapest hotel in Geylang area. Though it is an old building, it is located along the main Lorong 22. Thus this hotel is safe and accessible to a lot of amenities.

Budget hotel next to many others, cheaper than staying at Changi with a grab each way. Bed is comfortable, ac functions, no breakfast, in the red light area, but that’s not a concern. One of the best things about Geylang Area is the food

The worst hotel in my life. There were cigarette butts and graffiti in the desk. Hair of another person, a opened condom package under the bed. The rude evening receptionist woman has never tried to resolve the trouble of my complaint Nonetheless, it is not cheap. No wifi.

Rooms are always, always clean. Deluxe rooms have bathtubs while standard ones have only showers. If you choose to stay in the standard rooms, be aware that those rooms are used for people staying an hour or two for sex so sometimes the cleaning staff might not clean it as good as deluxe rooms. Family rooms have two double beds for two adults and two kids. Do NOT pay more than what was stated on the price board behind the counter. There is free wifi but sometimes the signal is weak. Since the entrance is on the main road, it is safe from undesirable elements typical of the red light district.

If you are looking for a cheap rate good hotel then I will suggest you this. The room is prefect. I am really comfortable with the room. I added some picture when I was in over there. But I give only 4 star because I really not comfortable about the bathroom. Not clean properly looks like dirty and hope they will improve it.

We checked in at twelve at the mid night and welcomed by one TERRIBLE Chinese mainland Women ( night shift staff )by shouting at us while pointing where should we park our car, She don't even know how to smile and respect their customers. How come a very very RUDE ( Big size shape mainland china women ) be a front desk girl .The hotel also have ridiculous rules that they don't allow even four person to stay in a family room with two Queen beds. they will extra charge $20 for each person without giving any extra facilities. We have an argument about it and this ridiculous staff even exarggerate and lie to her Boss that I'm hitting her and shouting that she wanted to do a police report . There are a lot of cctv as a prove that I don't even touch her. Also there is a mentally ill old woman with wheel chair always sit near the reception all the time. It is a hotel not the ols folks home. The duty staff also don't even know what is iron when we asking for the iron at the next day. We were upset with the very poor facilities. This hotel does not deserve even a half Star. When I asked about the room rates for the next day, to continue the stay, the RUDE staff even tell her Boss in Chinese language to charge us for the same room for $100 rather that $70 for the next day in front of me without knowing that I can understand Mandarin even I am not a chinese. We were more upset when the next day I called the customer service (which is that RUDE staff) pretending that I am the other customer and asked for the room rate for the next day and She said that the rate is $70. See ! It was so biased!!! I swear Im not gonna stay there for the rest of my life with that kind of services. If They wanna practise that kind of attitude they can go back to mainland China and not suitable doing any business in Singapore or anywhere. When I read other reviews for this hotel, many customers experienced the same rude attitude . EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
