★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub standard facilities maintenance. Can’t even provide a proper working soap dispenser at Level 4 Gents. Water tap that give your long sleeve shirt a good splash every time you wash your hands. Lift maintenance resulted in badly programmed lift movement.
