Paid for Jan 2021 bill & Feb 2021 bill came stated that my in- law still owe them Jan 2021 & they charge double.Before that someone from the billing dept called 3x reminding to pay.Worst than Ah Long.Wont re-contract wth them.

The customer service team has guided me thoroughly in the step by step process in the application to let me know which plan suited my usage most. It has been a seamless and hassle free transition journey from SP Services to Pacificlight to sign up and save on my electricity bill.

Big mistake to switch from Sembcorp to Pacific no contract. My elect bill jumps from avg $30 to $50+ and security deposit of $150 ! Need to give 2 weeks notice to terminate for " no contract"!

Horrible service I want to cancel automatic contract renewal, but they told me it's part of the exisiting contract I cannot let them know in advance I don't want to automatic renew must tell them when they contact me 1 month in advance of expiry. If it slip my attention I am stuck for another two years. Customer service just tell you our system cannot do that and thats it. Absolutely regret signing with them post zero star if I could

my intention was to use my U-save credits first before charging my credit card but refuse to allow some time for SP Services to transfer the U-save credits (which should be requested by Pacificlight) before charging my credit card as "company policy" dictates them to charge credit card immediately after invoice has been generated. was charged with credit card failure deduction fee by them but checked with my bank and there wasn't even a declined transaction from Pacificlight. no apologies were given and insisted that the charge was correct. "We are unaware of the reason why your card payment failed but nonetheless we have granted your request to waive the deduction failure fee as mentioned to you in our previous email." Unaware of the reason but still go ahead and impose the fee to my credit card. Lucky they GRANTED my request to waive, else I can't have kopi on that day. Ridiculous attitude and service by Pacificlight, giving my money to another retailer.

Another typical company that resort to inconvenient method for their users to manage their contracts with them. Can't imagine how many elderlies they have conveniently tie down because of the inconvenience.

Was moving houses and thought my plan with them had ended. But I was informed that they do an auto-renewal of my two-year plan. I was not informed about the auto renewal when I signed up . And there is no opt-out option for auto-renewal. Staff says I will just have to wait till three weeks before my plan expires to terminate my contract. Early termination fees: $240. Why make things so very inconvenient for users? Practice reeks of dishonesty and left a bad taste in my mouth. Will def be cancelling. Potential subscribers be warned. In response to Pacific Light's reply: If you wish to be customer-centric, why not provide an option for customers to opt-out of auto-renewal in the first place?

I wrote a review here 2 months ago. I would love to change provider but I didn't cause I am unwilling to pay for the cancellation fee for a contract that I did not asked to be renewed. Recently, you had billed me another $150 dollar for security deposit even though I cleared my bills every month. Your customer service refuse to waive the deposit and will only do so if I set up recurring payment which I am uncomfortable with. At this point I have no choice but to look for another provider and pay the cancellation fee. At least people should how you "serve" your customer
