Terrible service. I called on to inform Customer Service that the owner of the account had passed on and I'll need to make the account change. I've not heard back from them for over a week.

I can’t believe the company like this operates in Singapore. I haven’t encountered service as bad for many years living in different countries. I spent ages sorting small issues out with this company and it still doesn’t work.

Excellent and Required service provided at the counter. Bit lengthy waiting time though there are multiple counters and can plan to reduce waiting time otherwise good service.

Do not deserve any star. When you called to speak to their service agent, they claimed that due to Covid constraints they need to put you on chat instead. Covid is ongoing for two years and they still facing Covid constrain and have not yet worked out how to manage in Covid situation??! When you go on live chat, you are at their mercy and need to wait for someone to chat with you. In the meanwhile, you can’t do anything else in case you miss the chat and have to re-queue. Come in SP, stop wasting people’s valuable time and start putting on the thinking hat how you could better manage the customers service hotlines since it is not working!!!!!!!!!!

Need to leave a comment because of the customer service is so bad. Your online service is nv working and your hotline is forever putting ppl back to online or app service. This shows terrible management. What a joke that you have no customer office due to covid constraint after 2 yrs. Ceo should be replaced because your service is not competitive and if you are not a state owned company, you are definitely not going to be around for long. Sadly. No deserve a star

I sent them 5 emails via their webpage regarding a billing error they made. They ignored every single one. I then called and talked to someone who had virtually no training or knowledge and did not help me at all. She was also supposed to send me a follow-up on our conversation--she never did. Seriously some of the worst customer service in Singapore.

There is a issue with my billing and meters after the first check they never update me on the follow up, had to call and ask them. To book with the follow up appointment I had to go down all the way to make a payment & make a appointment with them via their emails for their contractor to come.
