Great advise and consultant for hair. They did such a good job, Jerry was my hairstylist, who is very detailed and professional. Their hair treatment also one of the most comfortable treatment I ever have. The massage and service is so good. Recommend them to everyone who's looking for a good hair salon with a good price.

Finally decided to get my cold perm for my at Palette Hair after reading all the positive reviews! Had a great impression when I arrived was welcomed warmly to wait for my turn at the waiting area. In less than 5 mins, I was brought to my seat and was served with water and snack. I actually had a bad headache prior coming as I was rushing project the night before. I gotta to compliment the hair wash with head massage by Jerry and Pat were exceptional! It really help to reduce my headache. Jerry was my stylist, he was warm and love to joke and while waiting for my perm to set in (almost 2 hours), Jerry, Pat and Kim took turn to check on me that I am all good. Talking about being meticiulous and attentiveness, Palette Hair has really checked all the box. Love the Korean cold perm that Jerry had done for me! Highly recommend Palette Hair! I will be back monthly, you have earned a loyal customer!!

I think i found my favourite place to do my hair this time ❤️ They will offer some recommendations, but won’t stress you out with the hard selling. Even when I only took the promo, they still provided top notch services with 3 professional hair stylists (Kym, Pat, Jerry) attending to me; and they were very polite and patient throughout. I found out about Palette through their IG advertisement and was glad to see a promotion for their Bioma Straightening! During my time at the salon, the staff (especially Jerry and his team) were so helpful and kind in explaining the treatment and giving advice on how to maintain my hair. They even offered a free mask, tea, water and a light snack + free Wifi and plugs for charging your phone! I'm so pleased with the service and would highly recommend anyone to try out Palette.
