β β β β β Ordered lumch via grab app and was prompt to collect my foos at 11.32am. Arrived there, they havent cook my order. The man scolded me and said next time lunch hour dont order thru Grab. So i counter back and said, you should close the ordering app if you dont want people to order. He was so rude and making noises. He even said I am grab customer and not his shop customer. What is this? He still earn money from the order no? Anyway I cancelled my order and I will not be patronising this dirty stall. NEA should take note of how they handled cooked food with un-gloved hands.

β β β β β Loud and rude. The person at the counter misbehaved with the customer while settling the payment as if they are serving the people for free. One can see noticeable difference in customer service and behavior between them and few meters away the Nanyang Coffee Shop.
