β β β β β They could not even fulfill its basic purpose which is to fix my scooter after making empty promises for months of waiting.Still had to pay for dismantling scooter for not fixing anything.Discovered major parts went missing after sending to another mechanic.Upon request for parts owner denied having them and even losing them without any effort of compensation.Even the key can go missing.Have lodged police report and also CASE looking into this matter.I am surprised this shop still stands despite the many complaints in CASE on them.Local suppliers of parts also shun them hence the cause of delays.Hope my bitter experience can cause awareness for you to realise is not even worth your consideration to send your motorcycle to this shop.

I went to Pang Scooter on 4th July to fix the problem of engine keeps dying when oil indicator is flashing for my Vespa GTS200 and also it shakes sometimes. The boss told me that I had to leave the bike there so that they could get it checked and fixed properly. 3 days later when I texted the boss, he said that they were still checking what the problems. What????? I've already told them when I sent the bike over on Tuesday. Subsequently he told me the bike would be ready by Monday noon.
The boss called me on Monday morning, saying that it was front fork faulty so they were going to change it. Then I asked whether they have diagnosed what caused the engine failure. The boss yelled at me over the phone " you are not the only customer, I told you the bike will be ready by today so it is" My jaw dropped to the floor.
I went to collect my bike on Monday instead. They told me they couldn't find any problem why engine dies when oil indicator is flashing. But the second day the engine dies again. so I went back to them. Then third day, the engine dies again, and then the fourth day. Eventually I gave up on them.
The boss is extremely rude and they overcharge, the most importantly they really don't know what they are doing with the bikes. What disappointment!!!!!!!!
