The best bike shop ever! They fix things affordably and are very nice. I am writing this review because I have been so pleased by their work.

poor after-sales service. offered me 1 month warranty after the purchase. so i bought a used cbr150 (registered in 2008) from them. i collected the bike in June. within this month, i noticed that my bike would deviate to the right if i let got of the handlebars. went back to them, their mechanic is rude and very dismissive. the boss also insisted that there is nothing wrong, telling me not to expect everything to be perfect on a 10-year-old bike. yesterday, i went to a local mechanic. he diagnosed that the front forks were bent which led to this steering issue. more importantly, when he unplugged the oil drain bolt to change oil, there is no oil in the crankcase at all! for the past 2 months, my bike has been running with low or no oil! lucky that the engine didn't seize. i am sure there is definitely irreversible friction damage done to the engine from the lack of oil. never, ever buy your bike from them! unless you are buying brand new, in which case you can claim warranty from the original manufacturer. to add on, their bike prices are not cheap as well. they justified the high purchase price (in my case) by offering "1 month warranty" to cover any labour costs, which they were very unwilling to provide, and also by offering to "service the bike to pass inspection levels", which they have obviously failed to do, because otherwise how can there be no oil in the bike?? these are just 2 in a long list of issues i have picked up so far. but i have given up going back to them to seek redress. i would be repairing my bike bit by bit and hopefully the thing still runs. i have bought 2 previous bikes from private sellers and never had such an unhappy purchase. this will be the first and last time i buy from a bike shop. avoid at all costs!

Wonderful experience, customer service was excellent. Jimmy went the extra mile guiding me over the phone on how to locate and remove the broken battery from my bike. Super kind, efficient and very very helpful, one of the best experience I had in customer service in Singapore.

A good mechanic.... explain wat parts need to be change and advice not to over spend
