So glad that they open their second outlet here!! We are so in love with all their dishes!! Gonna be my favourite paofan zi char place! X.O fish paofan is good but their ginseng chicken paofan is even better (limited quantities so better to reserve on a busy day)!! There’s some wokhey taste to their paofan and the ginseng herbal soup was rich and comforting ?the fall-off-the-bone chicken ???? this combination is so unique and we love it!! Do get their large pot if possible! Red wine pork ribs is a must too!!!! Love the caramelised taste of it so much ? fried enoki mushroom is a level up from Lok Lok style!! Love their new outlet at Jalan Besar, it’s spacious with overseas vibe!! Comes with aircon too ?

Food freshness is average. Find the soup base is not strong and flavourful enough. The staff service is very good though and service recovery is excellent. Price is reasonable. Ambience is normal.

The ginseng chicken pao fan is super nice... The crab meat seafood is OK. The 猪肚pao fan is good as well...

Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was quite empty. The pao fan was quite good. The broth is rich and tasty. The pork was pretty good as well. The meat is very tender. The best dish was the deep fried enoki mushroom, perfectly crispy and not too salty. The ipoh horfun wasn't fantastic too be honest, it was the only dish we didn't finish. On the whole, this was a nice experience and will be happy to be back.

Very reasonably priced. You can adjust the flavor according to your preference choose either heavy taste or original taste, less salt, less oil or spicy level. The Sambal Kangkong($9) is crunchy and not too salty. For $13, Seafood Pao Fan consist of 2 fresh peeled prawns with heads on, 2 scallops, a big slice of fish, handful of Lala and fried crab meat. They uses Egg fried rice to elevate the flavor of the pao fan. My friend have the chicken with pig stomach hrrbal pao fan, tried the soup it's rich and flavorful. Don't forget to order the signature hot tea(refillable once).

Superb restaurant! What I ordered: 1. Crab meat Paofan (8/10) 2. Salted Egg Chicken Rice (10/10) I would definitely go back to the restaurant to eat again. Personal fav was the salted egg chicken rice even though they are well-known for Paofan. Every bite of the chicken is pure delight: crispy, juicy and perfectly coated with right amount of salted egg sauce. Not forgetting the Paofan, it was one of the best Paofans I've tried. The soup was very flavourful (just look at the photo. I finished the whole bowl of soup) and they were very generous with the (fresh) seafood. Lastly, the staff were very friendly! What a cozy place to dine!

Was initially a little sceptical of this place when we saw that it was relatively empty at about 8pm. However, it was one of the best and more interesting paofan we ever had. Tried the seafood and ginseng chicken versions. It was about $12-13 each- slightly pricier than the usual. But we could taste the quality ingredients used in cooking the soups. Personally felt the ginseng chicken was more special as it’s the first time I have ever seen it. Very herbaceous and you can even find real ginseng and herbs in the soup. The chicken was also cooked the perfection with the meat falling off the bones. Yet it was still juicy and flavourful. The seafood seemed a little more normal but it was still well done. Good umami and seafood taste of the soup and the seafood were fresh. Definitely will be back when I have paofan cravings!

Warm & comforting Pao Fan along Rowell Road! Good thing too since the original outlet at Teban Garden is quite out of the way for me. Here they have the outlet exclusive, Lala Seafood Hotpot PaoFan ($58). Prepared on the spot as they flambé the lala, it is served alongside clams, prawns, crayfish and their signature egg fried rice. Though their White Pepper Pork Stomach Chicken Hotpot PaoFan ($45) was the one that capture our hearts. Cooked for 6 hours using old mother hen bones, we kept going for more of the peppery broth. For Partea lovers, they served the tea here too!
