★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rude courtesy from this hotel @ Farrer Park. Given a transition room as a courtesy instead turned into the rudest shock at 4:30am - how can i trust a company that runs hospitality? Total lacked of hospitality. One star rating.

Service recovery from the hotel manager (Mr. Samm Mak) in the day shift saved the (next) day! Super appreciative of the effort to rectify this shortcoming. Got my room changed - one mega thank you! And a nice treat in the evening. Thank you so much.
Also super smiles and bubbly nature of Crystal lounge staff Fateehah wraps up the perfect evening for a cooling Singapore.
