Recently did an application for a top-up degree. Since the start till now; the Student Pass renewal process, school application, everything went smooth and much thanks to Ms Gaya. She’s really friendly, and patient in updating me with everything what I’m supposed to do. Also, her replies are fast to whatever I needed. So excited to look forward to the classes!

Thanks to Priscilla's help, now I have successfully entered the undergraduate study of graphic Design in Raffles College! Priscilla was very patient and helpful when applying to the school, answering my questions in a timely manner. I also hope that my study in Raffles will go well and I can gain more knowledge and experience！: )

I’m currently writing this review as a student doing a postgraduate program. Indeed before signing up for the course I was surprise to see many negative reviews about the student services. After 6 months, i decided to write my personal experience. There is always someone in my case Ms Sue (aka ms Kaur) who always helped me in person over the counter. However, further processing or red tapes might indeed take much longer time for example a month to resolve such as ‘graduates referral fees’ or student ID cards for library facial recognition access etc. On the other hand; invoices or receipts or internal feedback systems are very much immediately available online for the student portal for access. Administration aside; the program provided here are of industrial standard and will be applicable to the working world. In fact, i have a few classmates who continued many years in this school from diploma to masters. My lecturer Mr Jack Liew is knowledgeable and prompt in response. Class size is small about 15 and its very appropriate for consultation. I seriously hope that they will keep this size as I felt it conducive for learning. Coventry university also recently in oct-nov did a review with us students gathering feedback about Raffles as a partner. Therefore, my impression was that processes for self-checks and improvements are in place. Hope this will bring better experiences for all in the future. Please keep this up Raffles.

Raffles college of higher education is situated in a posh area of singapore. Recently I signed up for Interior architecture and design course and the admission process was very smooth. The staffs were very kind ,helpful and supportive. I was recommended when I chose this field. Mrs.Priscilla was the point of contact.She did a great job,she was friendly and was very patient throughout the process. She helped and explained all the necessary procedures and made it easier.I hope for a fruitful years of experience in this college. I will surely update on my college experience.

The admission process was done smoothly and successfully with the help of Miss Gaya. She was very helpful and patient with me as she guided me through the admission process. She is very friendly and dedicated till the end. She has also made her way out to respond to my needs even after her work hours, which I am greatly grateful for!

Recently I did my applications to this school. From the start till the end of the process it was smooth and professional. Starting from handling Enquiry’s, Priscilla was the point of contact.She did a great job by explaining details about the application form and the process. She was friendly ,consistent and patient in updating me whether my applications are correct and which needs to be mended. Secondly I had to meet up with the program director Rosa, she was friendly and patient in assisting me in which I should improve on for my submissions and what is the school about and the programs about too. Overall my process was hassle free.

Going to this college was a traumatic experience for me; let me tell you why. For starters, the school is loaded with bullies and the administration provides no help to the students whatsoever. To clarify, the teachers are the bullies. I found the lecturers to be racist and biased towards students who sugar-coat and sweet-talk. The lecturers have no respect for real talent and or students with skills and potential. The college also provided no academic resources of any kind. No printing services, no softwares, no contacts for external projects-- best know you're all on your own. They also rob students off their achievements and awards and have a testified record of handing the same over to students who butter-up their lecturers. It is truly a horrible place to get your higher education from. Please go to ANY other education institution who takes responsibility, because you cannot even expect the bare minimum from Raffles. They are just trying to survive off the fame of Raffles Singapore. This college is also super money-minded and puts their monetary profit before their students. I wouldn't be surprised if they suddenly started laying off educators and closing down.

I applied to study fashion design in this institution a few months ago and the application process was smooth and hassle free. I was helped by Ms Priscilla and she talked me through the entire process and also gave me more details of the school, the course and was there to help with any queries I had. The lecturers are approachable and offer a lot of guidance as well.
