The unscrupulous part is that they willbenefit from ratings dated going back for 4 years or more. There is really no condo here now, and not only that, this condo has been under construction for 2 plus years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice apartment complex near the Lanai in Hill view apartments area. Residential complex with a beautiful swimming pool and other amenities. You even have vending machines for bread, juices and other packed eatables. Well maintained and good friendly staff to add to it. It's slightly up the hill which makes it slightly difficult to walk there from the nearest bus stop which is Hill View Brooks.
