★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tower 3 floods every time it rains and the only solution was dirty unhygenic towels to try to soak up the water. Almost slipped sometimes since granite floor is slippery. Mcst is rude and incompetent. Facilities are run down eg rotten exposed wood with sharp edges in sauna. Ventiliation is broken and theres mold inside the steaming furo bath. This bath is also sprayed with poisionous chlorine gas that tear and redden eyes. Furnitures are old and dirty. Chairs are smelly, super worn down and for many years never replaced. The reading room dont even have a proper writing table and chair. Hallway and lounge area are dark and gloomy. Mgmt says they have no money????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkview Apartments is near to Bukit Batok Nature Park and PIE. This is a good location for those who loves Nature and would prefer to stay near Nature Park. It is also very convenient to access PIE from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Units are good sized and bedrooms are also big. Neighbours are tolerant to my noisy kids and never complain. Generally the people there are gracious and make effort to get along. Good bus connections to bukit batok mrt, clementi mrt and beauty world mrt. I can change my plans in the morning based on which train breaks down. Swimming pool is great fun for kids. Near the big wet market about 2 bus stops down. I also find taking taxis in the morning is super convenient as there is no shortage of taxis passing by during peak hours and even off peak hours.
Some areas need to be improved like chairs and pool slides. Could do with more vending machines to add since they have the space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet. Me and my family can see the forest by looking at the living room window. The swimming pool has a waterfall and an small island in the middle! There is nature parks nearby our house and we could take a jog up there, or do some sightseeing. There is a PIE nearby so its easy to go from one place to another. Even though the PIE highway is near us, it is still very quiet, one small shout from the lobby can be heard up till the highest level of the place!
