★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equipped condominium with full facilities and a shop. Some facilities, like the water slide, could be better cleaned and maintained due to its age. Parking is limited for guests and lots are not clearly marked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in this condo for a year. Location wise is alright, 15 mins walk to the mrt. However the management is horrendous. Does not want to deal with resident complaints in the office and all communications has to be emailed in. And yet after a month of emails i have yet to receive any response from them. Suggest not to buy/rent condos under savhills management . Extremely bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful landscaping work, nice amenities in spite of age. Management team can certainly do better though - many recurring issues that haven't been fixed (elevators, gym equipment, etc.) and too many solutions provided without enough consideration for long-term repercussions.

Spacious units with sensible layouts, good security, app-based access and home management system, convenient location with clinics, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance.
Well-maintained amenities - awesome pools (the main one is pretty amazing), tennis, basketball, and squash courts, a gym, function rooms, and a minimart.
Huge underground car park connecting all the blocks, and plenty of beautifully-landscaped outdoor space to walk your pets, jog, or just stroll around in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a resident here, do note that the security agency here is not paying their staff CPF (Speaking as a part timer). Just FYI. A lot of ''under table'' deal. Maybe the management should concider engaging a more reputable company.

He sent me an access code which suppose to allow me in. A bit confusing as I have to click the link on my phone, 5 mins before reaching. A bit tough if I am driving alone.
Also, the block had two lift lobbies. Didn't realise as it wasn't visible ... I went up the wrong lift and had to come back down again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reputable developer, CDL, Freehold, Bukit Timah Growth Zone, 1km to sought after Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School. A real asset if you own a unit there! Full facilities like a resort with a club house! Low maintenance fees and good exit opportunity and rental. Great for families and investors.
