Great communication -- until they delivered the wrong color balloons to my daughter's birthday party. Then I never heard from them again despite repeated phone calls, emails, etc.

Loved the selection and pricing of the products, quality is good and honestly, THE PLACE TO GO. I bought satay and salmon for my family's dinner, they loved it so much! The one thing that kind of left a dent in the experience... was the service. My take, just order online and pick it up or just go for the delivery service. ??

Rented a medium (S$159.90) and small (S$139.90) helium tank to pump my own foil and latex balloons for my grandma's 80th birthday. As it was a last minute order, I opted for self-pickup one day before the party. The people at Party Wholesale were friendly and demonstrated how to use the helium tanks - they even told me to refer to a YouTube link if I didn't know how to use it. The medium tank weighs around 6kg and the small tank weighs around 3kg - I estimated the weight as I could carry both, one by one of course. The medium tank could pump all my big foil balloons (a total of 6 big pieces) and also 15 latex balloons - I believe we could have pumped more but there was some getting use to and trial and error at the beginning. The small tank pumped the remaining of my latex balloons (a total of 80 pieces of latex balloons) and still had some helium air left in the tank. I paid S$319.80 in total with S$200 as a deposit which will be refunded to my account 7-10 days after the helium tanks are being returned to them. As it was a 3 days rental, the people at Party Wholesale recommended for their courier to come pick up the helium tanks. Overall, I would highly recommend the helium tank rentals - but call Party Wholesale or What'sapp them to discuss how many foils/latex balloons you have to pump so they better advise you.

Ordered 56 LED lighted helium balloon from Party Wholesale, paid $7.50 per balloon and the LED lighting totally could not be seen outside the balloon. The LED lights that they placed in the Balloon is this 0.3mm lightbulb that is totally impossible to see from the outside. Ordered this for my girl's birthday and picked it up without any hiccups on the day I chose. Staff was responsive on WhatsApp when I msged them as well. Very pretty unicorn hot air balloon, she loved it!

Bad experience with the delivery of balloons ordered for my nephew birthday. It's meant to be a surprise and the most critical balloon that has his name was already burst upon delivery. The team supposed to be investigate but yet to come back after 2 weeks, disappointing customer service
