Stupid security guard. Sit one corner expect me to see u. Some more threaten to ban me from entering. Please go back and learn some customer service la old man. Sit down work 20 years also i want.

Not much to describe a condo. Its clean and situated in a very good neighborhood. Has nice swimming pool and above average play park :)

As in other reviews, I’ve high praise for the grounds, location and amenities. That said, the recent changes in security companies has been a nightmare. The former company was likely more expensive. They were firm but kind and cordial. The new company treats anyone with suspicion and disdain. They seem to resent residents. They also seem to profile taxi and grab drivers. I’ve noticed any Chinese Singaporean is harassed. Yesterday my Comfort Taxi driver I had ordered called. He was leaving as the guards refused to let him in. I had non-Chinese driver earlier in the day who was waved through. With our taxi being turned away, we walked to the front entrance to get a car. We asked why the change and why He didn’t let the taxi in. They denied it. They had also harassed my taxi driver, dropping at the entry and not going in, the night before. I said they seemed to be choosing who they like to let in. Our car came and my wife said, “let’s go”. This is not in the complex by the way. Two security guards run over to the car. I said there’s is no reason to write down the @$&!ing plate number. Now perhaps I shouldn’t have used that descriptor. At this point the “boss” guard says repeatedly f$&k you....repeatedly. My wife again says, let’s go. He then says f$&k you multiple times and keeps saying “mind your lady”. As I got in the car he said, “mind your lady or I will.” Parvis is not safe for anyone, especially women and children.

Bad experience with very bad attitude Indian security guard on 26 May 10.05am at the gate. I think the management should look into the way how the security guy handle visitors. Don't let him bring his anger towards visitors.

The facilities are nice, but over the last couple of years there has been a growth in the number of unpleasant, anti-social, vindictive, un-neighbourly people living here. Management don't care. Stay away, particularly if you are an expat - you won't feel welcome.

Visited a client's home. Spacious and has a big lap pool. Secured access to the home where lift is located outside their unit. 10 mins walk to Holland Village and 10 mins walk to Commonwealth area. Conveniently located.

Judt love it Great place for familirs with kids and people of all ages. Staff friendly and all facilities swimmiing etc for all ages

Visited recently to assist client. This is a nice place for family. Quiet and comes with great facilities. Welcoming lift lobby and easy for visitor to park their car.
