★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a friendly condo, residents are lovely, convenient location. management has improved a little but the security since changing is now much worse. Not helpful or polite. Could be a fantastic condo, unfortunately as so many here in Singapore, it was only built to look nice, but not to maintain well.
