I've always been using my own shampoo earthbath. somehow after using their own in house shampoo Hazel started developing itch all over the body and scratch herself to scar her skin. Janice introduce aloe gel to soothe the skin. but we ended up switching to earthbath. damage was done and Hazel condition was worsening. I took a 4mth package and the 3rdmonth cancel it. after a vet checkup and an injection and medicated shampoo and antibiotics babygal is now so much better and brought her back to her previous groomer
