★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from their IG regarding the allegedly 'Defamation' incident and noticed they have a sudden surge of 5 stars reviews after one bad review. Did a crossed reference on the reviewers and most of them either don't exist or were not found on their database. This really begs the question of the authenticity of these reviews. Is this what you called a honest, transparent business? Seem to me that the owners of this establishment are not receptive towards criticisms, is defensive and are not willing to accept changes. Now the real question here is; can you really entrust your furkids to someone full of deceits? I for one will not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my pup over for grooming two days ago and he came back looking totally unrecognizable. I left specific instructions for them but none of it was being see through. Staffs were a bunch of pretentious people when in reality, are out to empty your pockets. Not wanting to make a scene, i've decided to left the place quietly. I'm writing this now to spread awareness. Overpromised, atrocious pricings and undelivered. Please refrain going there at all cost!

Owners are loving paw parents that made my experiences worrying free by leaving my furkid with them. Looking to arrange my furkid's appointment with them to do up a new hairstyle for him. Thanks Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my dog there for the first time a week ago, I am very pleased with the service they provided. The staff there are friendly, sincere and they are dog owners too. My dog had a good time playing with their dogs while waiting to be picked up. They also kept me updated during the time my dog was there. I will definitely bring my dog back there. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a groomer who shows genuine love to the dogs.

Brought my pup for grooming and the job they did was splendid. They will double check the service asked for so that it is clear. Unlike certain groomers deemed they need it and will eventually charge you for something you didn't ask for.
