β β β β β Very, very terrible customer service. Signed up for a dog food subscription, but half the time my orders came late (past the 48 hours delivery promise) without any notification. Their delivery service is supposed to send you a text to arrange for a delivery date, but it never happens. Sometimes I open the door with a bag of food greeting me, sometimes I get stood up for days on end.
The most recent order did not arrive for over a week, and upon contacting them (after a dozen calls, texts and emails) they said it was out of stock and would process a refund. Alas, itβs been almost 6 weeks, no refund. I had to look for another supplier urgently as my doggies were running out of food by then.
The hotline they provided βfor urgent mattersβ? Good luck getting ahold of them. You will be directed to voicemail. They have ZERO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY towards their customers.
Please think twice (in fact, close the browser right away) before you place an order with them, especially if youβre expecting it to be delivered within 48 hours. And never, ever count on them if youβre running out of food for your furkid. Youβd have better luck waiting for money to fall from the sky :)

β β β β β The website advertises the fast delivery service. I ordered on the 4th and it said it would arrive within 48 hours so it should've arrived on the 6th but it didn't and instead of them texting me and clarifying the delay with me i had to be the one to message them? Then I was told that some items will arrive on the 8th cus there will be a partial delivery which doesn't make any sense as now it will come on 2 separate days meaning i would have to stay home on 2 days to collect my delivery thus wasting 2 afternoons? The 8th came along and yet again there was no delivery but i received a message saying that it will all arrive on the 9th? So they messed up the delivery date again. It was the 9th and guess what no delivery again with no follow-up message or anything. The service is so bad the staff are incompetent doesn't even know how to do their job to schedule the delivery has no responsibility to inform the customer about delays. Overall just a horrible company that gave me a total of 3 different dates with bad customer service and false advertising. Please do not buy from them

β β β β β I ordered on 1 May 2022. Its 24 May now and still have not received my dog food. Calls all forwarded to voicemail. Whatsapp message but got a standard response. Will be making a police report.

β β β β β Terrible. Wished I checked the reviews before purchasing. Order did not arrive within 48 hours, waited 2 weeks for the βestimated deliveryβ to arrive. Didnβt happen - had to email, whatsapp, chatbot to get a response only to say shipment will only arrive another 2-3 weeks later. My dog ended up with no kibbles left and I had to do a last minute purchase from retail store. This will be my last time purchasing from them. Word of advice: please at least do prompt follow-ups if shipment is delayed, this is basic customer service.

Absolutely misleading claim of same day delivery, incredibly unresponsive staff. Food delivery came extremely late, and I got no updates from the staff despite repeated follow ups via email, whatsapp and phone calls.
Most terrible experience I've had with a Singapore based online shop. Avoid unless you really don't care if you receive the products and don't mind paying extra for what you buy.

β β β β β I ordered on 22 Dec as this shop advertises as 48 hr delivery. Received the package on 28 Dec so I could not give the treats to doggy guests on Christmas. The parcel contained 2 out of 5 items. I contacted customer service by chat, whatsapp and email. Finally got a reply on 3 jan to say they would get back to me in a few hours. It's now 3 days later and nothing. False advertising being labelled fastest online. Customer service is horrible. I know delays happen and mistakes get made but if they were responsive, it would not be so bad.

β β β β β I signed up to the subscription service to get regular deliveries of a product. The first time it never turned up. The next time they cancelled because the product hadnβt arrived. And this month, month 3, they cancelled my subscription because the product hadnβt arrived. This is absolutely appalling service and I will never shop with them again. False and misleading advertising, non-delivery of product, cancel deliveries and no offer for any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Suggest you close your store as soon as possible before you lose any or every customer you ever had.
Like many people here, I would give you zero stars if it was a choice.

However I need to provide some feedback regarding your (lack of) service.
I would strongly suggest removing your tagline βfree delivery in 48 hoursβ because my items arrived after a week.
I had to 1) email (no response after 24 hours as stated in your email) 2) call 8823 5699 (left a voicemail with no response) and finally 3) WhatsApp just to be advised that 1 of my items was unavailable.
Please improve on your communication and updates with your customers.
A customer should NOT be chasing after their orders from the seller !!!
