The Paya Lebar Quarter is fully open as of 31st Aug. While PLQ 2 has the Virgin active centre, Providore and a few other offices. PLQ1 us the full shopping mall. It's new and quite good, head down there if you want to experience a new place. But be mindful of queues till Sep/Oct 19

β β β β β Do not ever park here. Very faulty parking system that has gone down and left dozens of cars stuck for hours. Facilities management staff don't even know how to operate the systems here and have little to no knowledge of how this building works. Multiple hazards waiting to happen.

Fantastic set up with loads of eateries, fitness centre, and even a library in the midst.
Interesting mall esp with the GPO wing included.
This place tops convenience. One can utilise the big car park at Geylang side, or take the MRT train, which is EXACTLY outside the mall,or bus which is equally convenient.
Definitely a cool place to go with friends or family.

β β β β β Grade A Office Buildings located in Paya Lebar. The transportation is excellent as it is directly connected to the Paya Lebar MRT. The closest exit is MRT Exit E.
Love the area as it is easy to get to CBD, Malls, SingPost, Banks and other facilities. Many pubs/restaurants/cafes right below the office too.
