★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken 2 Loan with this company and I have cleared 1 and left with another I checked for loan eligibility they denied saying that I'm not eligible even after making all my payments on time. So I decided to pre close my 2nd loan I'm asking for wats the outstanding to preclose my loan they not disclosing the amount giving excuses that due to technical issues they are not processing any preclosure this.
I'm trying to reach this company people or asked to call back.... Never received a call back even after providing the mobile number yen number of times.
My situation is I have money to preclose the loan but this company is not letting me to preclose basically they don't want to help me with other loan or let me pay off the loan.

I had been applied the loan Rs.50000 before twenty days. You sent it that I was eligible for Rs.38000 and the document verification process went very long days. but you sent that suddenly my application was reject for some reason. I had really hoped for get loan from your app for my money problem. If you have sent that not eligible to get the loan amount for me when I applied then I will have try to another financial company. So your service is not satisfy for me. I need my hard copy whatever i had submitted for applying process.
