β β β β β Very good school overall even though there are a few cons here and there. It is even better than my current Sec school even though I was in the rowdy cohort.

β β β β β Can't seem to find a good reason why this school is rated as good in the books of the local community. None of the parents I have talked to are able to give a convincing answer as to why Pei Chun is the "select primary school" in Toa Payoh. Only 2 reasons I've heard are: "Well, people say this is a good school" or "It teaches Chinese values lor". Personally, I saw an ukulele public performance at the Toa Payoh MRT station at the end of August 2016. The students were performing with complete monotone with no emotions, no commitment, no passion. Makes me wonder........

β β β β β From my time till my kids time, PCPS has been maintaining their culture and standard of teaching. It has always achieve higher results than what was forecast. These were contributed by both the management of the school, the teacher, the students and parents. Not many school in Singapore can achieve 100% PSLE passes. For those who doesn't think good of this school, it's no lost of the school coz it's never short of parents balloting for a seat. The supply were never enough.

β β β β β Pei Chun is my primary school and I just graduated few months ago. I think the school's environment is good and some teachers are quite friendly but there are a number of students students there who are very rude and my money got stolen by students there before.

β β β β β Pretty gd sch. Teachers are generally nice and there are gd resources(though some tchers are pretty biased ngl). My batch was pretty wild, damn noisy most of the times but the times there were enjoyable. Do expect for there to have a popular grp thats super toxic though(basically the reason I had super bad memories for p6)they rlly do drill the η€ΌδΉε»θ» into you. New principal is terrible though, change this change that. Skirt had an under layer, pretty uncomfortable. Ended up cutting it away. This school has pretty gd facilities compared to the one I'm in rn(sec sch pretty poor even with 236 cop lol) 5th and 6th floor toilets super nice, you also get your own locker. All in all a pretty gd sch lah, with the bad apples here and there

β β β β β SAP school. But standard dropped tremendously. Teachers turnover high. Not lovely and caring. Focus on performing students. Students in top classes get additional notes so to push high scores. For others, if cannot perform, will push to foundation. This helps school to get 100% passes. Very sad.
