Pei-Per Arts School - 21 Holland Dr

My 6 year old attended Pei-Per Arts School. He enjoyed the lessons very much. There is a different theme every week. The kids get to read a Chinese book with the teacher, followed by an art n craft piece related to the theme.

My 2 children attend Peili’s Mandarin art class and they love it. Peili is extremely creative and patient. We believe in immersive language learning and this is perfect for our kids. It’s a bonus that each time they bring home art, they become decorative pieces at our home ❤️ thank you Peili!

“Mommy, 我还要去 art class” was what my girl said after i picked her from the trial class. It puts me at ease especially since my girl is usually more reserved in a new environment or around new people. The art work she brings back also tells me a lot of planning and effort is put into each class. We are so happy to have found this place where there is plenty of fun and learning for the kids!

My girls have attended art classes before in various different schools, including Harobee, but Peili is definitely the best-in-class art and crafts teacher in Singapore. Each and every one of her ideas are uniquely conceived and implemented with meticulousness and passion; My girls never failed to wow me with the art works they bring home every other week or so. Being a mother of 2 herself, Peili is excellent with children. The best testimonial comes from my children, who looks forward to her lessons every week and even request for longer lesson times.

Abigail has attended Teacher Peili’s art classes since end last year and she loves it so much that when they had a short break, she continually asked when classes would resume. The quality of artwork and the details of the art pieces are so amazing, but what’s the thing we love about it is that it allows for Abigail to explore her love for art in a safe place, while learning art techniques from one of the best teachers here! I’m so glad she enjoys the classes and proudly exhibits her art at home!

The idea behind this class is wonderful: the class is conducted in chinese, she reads a book and then does a related craft after. My daughter loves doing art and craft, and she looks forward to every lesson even though she dislikes chinese! It gives her the language exposure while doing something she enjoys. Pei Li also keeps parents in the loop for lesson plans and sends us photos after each class. Her craft is beautiful and she proudly displays it at home.

My girl looks forward to the weekly class for story-telling and alway proud to bring back her artwork. The masterpieces can be found all over our home. Even our friends are impressed with the artwork and ask if adult classes are available. The themes are well planned for special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Teacher’s Day, Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival and Christmas. Classes are well planned with the story and art craft tied to the theme. From being uncomfortable speaking in Chinese, my girl can now holds long conversations with her grandparents. At times, she can even translate certain words from English to Chinese for her grandparents ??

All three of my boys attend her craft classes and they love it. Her classes are all meticulously planned, right down to the materials used. I love how she ties each class and the activities with a storybook that she will read to her students in that class. That’s so clever! Plus, the class is taught in Chinese. That’s wonderful for me as it lets my three boys get more practical exposure to their second language. Take a look at the creations by her students. Beautiful and items I’m proud to display at home. Friends who visit our home love the craft creations and are pleasantly surprised that they were done by my sons in these craft classes. Her creations are at times very practical as well. Take for example for CNY, the boys and her made little monster ang bao bags for them to carry their ang baos in. For Christmas, the boys created wonderful Christmas decorations that they were delighted to hang up on our tree and we will continue to hang those up year on year.
