I have to say.. their after sales service is really good.

Possibly the worst fan out there and that in spite of Eco airx fans being one of the most expensive ceiling fans! Bought 3 eco airx fans and 2 crestar fans for our house (all with centre lights) in mid-Sep'19. Sadly, all 3 eco airx fans have issues within a month or so of usage. At the onset, the fan remote does not have any indicators to suggest fan speed / mode / light intensity. Secondly, the airflow is very disappointing and not sufficient even for small rooms. Thirdly, many times when you turn the fan on, it starts in reverse (exhaust?) mode and you have to manually switch to normal mode which is time consuming and not to mention, frustrating. Finally, after about a month's usage one fan started making noise -- particularly loud at speed 5 -- and the other 2 fan's LEDs have issues. The company technician is suggesting that the eco airx ceiling fans need to be cleaned every 2 weeks to avoid such noises. This is highly impractical and ridiculous. Very unhappy with the purchase. Spare yourself the horror.

I love my eco airx fans. Very pretty, effective and suitable for my hdb flat. I have them installed in all the bedrooms and two in the living / dining area. Easy to clean too. Was recommending them to a friend when I got a shock at their google reviews. They're really worth your while to try out.

Very silent, very nice looking fans. Installation was very smooth and they were prompt and responsive in clarifying questions too.

Beautiful fans, great customer service but their engineering is not as mature as established brands. At max fan speed, the bottom cover starts resonating and behaves like a tuning fork, causing noise for false ceilings. Take out or loosen the cover plate and problem goes away. Could have been eliminated at the design stage by altering cover plate mass or changing the maximum fan speed. Installation method is unique to the brand and provided manual is inaccurate. Strongly recommend to engage their in house installers.

I like this celing fan. Almost 2 years I use the fan, this fan is not easy to dust; easy to clean with just a little damp cloth; the fan sound is not too strong and saves electricity. In addition, there is a reverse function so it can be clock wise or anti clock wise. The lighting can also be adjusted from the lightest to the darkest. The customer service is also quick to respond ... I had a problem with the fan and the next day it was immediately serviced.It's just that the weakness of this fan is that it is made of wood so it shouldn't be too wet when cleaning it and also the wind produced is not too strong so when the weather is really hot it's still a little sweaty

Purchased 1 fan in my living room about a year ago, really love how silent the fan is even at high speed. My fan has the smart wifi driver installed in it and i must say, controlling the fan using your phone/voice is very convenient as my kids will ALWAYS misplace the remote control. Recently i just bought another fan for my bedroom. Perfect perfect perfect! Aesthetically pleasing. Really love the speeds that they provide, from 1-6, no complains. SUPERB
