★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exchanged SGD to EUR today and this place has the best rates in the area (saved me $14 vs the most expensive rate I was quoted). Friendly and quick. No queue ahead of me. Glad I decided to walk up to Level 2 to check out Perfect 1 Exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for FX changer in the area and seems like this place has the best rates hands-down! If you didn't know it exist you might just go with another on the ground floor which most might do out of convenience.
Do a little walking and save yourself lots by walking up to level 2. Take the stairs (facing the hawker centre and road) besides the back of NTUC and you'll find this place facing the hawker centre. Seriously a small amount exchanged saved me a plate of caipng (that's a plate of rice with some mixed dishes for non locals).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No queue during office hours. Hassle free. Few cents difference vs the store on level 1 for today's exchange rate on selected currency, which makes a diff when a bigger amount exchanged.
Store is located right at the end, visible from Tanjong Pagar food center.
