A place for puzzle lovers. Stock are low at times, but still quite a fair bit to choose from. Made a few purchase before. They have customised photo puzzle as well. Friendly staff.

Expensive to have a custom-made puzzle frame. A 95.5 cm x 33.1 cm is $74- up from $73 for a mere 95 cm x 33 cm; there was also no room for negotiation over such (really) small dimension differences. Claimed to have SMS-ed me once it was ready for collection when I received no such text; had to proactively stop waiting and text them to check the status of completion of the frame. Just as I was about to be thankful at least, for their customisation and for expediting the process of doing so, found the wooden backing to have splinters at its sides and was nearly pricked by the splinters. Even the double-sided tape they provided for one to stick the puzzle on to the backing was defective; had to grab other forms of double-sided tape. Finally, Perfect Fit needs to sell another type of puzzle glue... $15 per bottle, and while it claims to be able to knit up to 2x 1000 piece puzzles, I'm already at more than half the bottle and puzzle pieces are still falling off. Followed the instructions on the bottle to the tee, even if I disclaim that perhaps I'm not gluing the puzzle right. Generally I haven't had a good experience with this outlet.

Had some of the worst purchasing experience with this shop. I purchased the "Customised Wood Message Puzzle". * I uploaded the photo onto their website. But later the shop messaged me to inform that their system didn't manage to save the photo. I had to separately send the photo via email. But then the person who called wasn't able to verify that they have received the photo via email, citing that it is handled by another team. More time passed and I had to chase and follow up with them. No one followed up with me. * For delivery they also couldn't tell me when it's going to be shipped. Just that it is handled by another company and they can only tell me when the it has been shipped by the other department and then there is a tracking number. Overall a terrible experience. Would not buy from this place again. Also beware the glowing reviews from local guides here. They are biased. Look for reviews from real customers.

Ordered custom frame for a puzzle I bought at TYPO from here. Arrived on time (1month+). So happy with product! The color of border was recom by the staff. ?

Only trusted puzzle brand is pintoo (plastic and self locking) and seems like this the only place that carries a wider range of variety for PINTOO. wish they bring in more designs of bigger size tho. The largest i got was a 4000 pieces. Quality is superb, but the puzzles will turn yellowish after some time due to oxidisation. Havent figured out how to remove yet.

One of the most insincere sales service I have ever seen. Was asking the sales lady on the pricing for the product and instead of coming closer to explain. She remained at the counter and shouted the details from the seat. Mind you, there wasn’t even a line of sight between me and her at my location within the shop. I do understand if social distancing needs to be maintained or if the shop had other customers that she need to attend to. But I was the only customer in the shop and there was sufficient space for her to stand at a comfortable distance from my location at the entrance.

Just ordered a custom jigsaw puzzle with my own digital painting. I was told it would take 1 month but in reality it only took 2 weeks. Service was fast and seamless, and the finished product came nicely wrapped in a nicer box than I expected too. I regret not asking for it to come finished so I can't tell the quality of the print for now but the pieces are plastic and looks really sturdy. I'm excited to complete it with my bf! Will update on the print quality after we're done :D Update: The print quality is awesome. Colour is exactly the same as what I see on screen. (sorry for not sharing an image bc it's a picture of our faces :P)
