★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience with The Singapore Mint! Ordered a gold coin, credit card was charged immediately, then was informed my “ballot was unsuccessful”. Refund took almost two months and even then was incomplete and for the wrong amount. Sent multiple emails - no response. Called their hotline - goes to voicemail every time, and no call back. Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly, I am the first few to purchase on the 2nd hour during the launching of KimTrump coin, credit card accepted and acknowledged receipt issued and was told of collection period. Out of greed, they over sold coins and even the 1st customer was told subject to ballot. No acceptable. We were not informed upon purchase of such issue and we are so assure that we made an effort to be the first to purchase and guaranteed. Call office, no one answer always on voice mail

Will buy from again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service and attitude is correct confirmed. wanted buy a pack of playing cards before cny and told item out of stock.
showed them in stock at website they say then just buy online
after order online, no sight and sound. cny went by one day in march i was mailed a notice telling me item not yet collected
i was not informed item ready for collection
both processes and customer experience needs alot of improvement
