A local lingerie brand that has beautiful, comfortable pieces and hands down the best customer service. Kate has always been very sincere and kind. She would hold special events for customers (even a few years back when she was operating the online store all by herself). She would also repair your bralettes should there be loose straps, torn lace, etc. Rather than asking me to mail back to her, Kate would personally come down to my place to collect these items for repair, which is so sweet of her. Now that Kate has her own store, the ladies working there are just as helpful, giving good advice when it comes to designs and sizing. When I came in with a bad cough, Stacie offered me warm water, and her colleague (sorry I can’t remember her name!) asked if I was feeling better when I visited the store a few weeks later. Needless to say, I will always be a loyal customer and can’t recommend perk by kate enough. Go check them out and you will fall in love too.

Have been supporting Perk for about two years now and it's such a pleasure to see how much the business has grown and amazingly, how the same excellent service and dedication remains throughout! Kate the owner is very kind and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. I remember my first visit to her studio at senang crescent where I tried on close to six pieces of lingerie and she assisted both my friend and I with the fitting - explaining each type of lace, what size is best on each of our bodies for each style, and which ones can be worn under white clothing. A pair of underwear which had this beautiful lace I loved but the style didn't quite fit right - she altered it and sent it to me within a few days! Also, she did a few customs for me (before everything got so busy) and they all turned out really great! Now her studio is at Telok Ayer - so convenient and it not only looks beautiful but her other ladies (I've met Stacie and Madeline) are so supportive and helpful - never failing to greet me and ask if I need help with anything. I'm so happy that she also introduces her clients to a range of ethical/local brands at her shop as well as her events! Thank you girls for the great service and love for your shoppers <3

Was looking for quality pretty wireless bras which fits petite ladies. It is difficult for me to buy bigger brands because I am somewhere between 30/32B. Perkbykate is a lifechanger! Their pieces are beautiful and comfortable too. Fits me perfectly too! Even got my good friend a gift card from Perkbykate. Stacie responded to my email queries efficiently and addressed all my concerns well (even threw in a photo for me to see the actual fit). So glad I found them. Definitely will continue to support local!

I fell in love with everything in the shop as soon as I entered the place! The ladies in the shop were incredibly helpful and made the experience so much better. For the underwear, wow, I cannot even feel I’m wearing a bra! It is probably the most comfortable underwear I have ever bought. I also love that this is a local brand! I will be coming back ?

Beautiful lace lingerie and so comfortable. Tossed out my regular underwire bras few years back and switch them all to Perk by Kate. Haven't had any issues with exchanges when I picked the wrong sizing. Their staff are very helpful and responsive when emailed. What I love about them is their passion, drive, empowerment and heart. There aren't many local Singaporen companies that gives back as much to the community and customers. Every year my heart races a little faster when I receive a parcel of love from the PBK team. This year they lauched an athleisure line and I have been contemplating trying them. They just arrived and I have to say the quality, fit and finish is great! Looking forward to bringing them along on my holiday. Their products make for perfect gifting for girlfriends too! ?

Stacy (hope I got her name right!) was very patient and friendly, offering me helpful advice on sizing and fitting. The athleisure set is well made, comfortable and very flattering! Can feel the difference in quality compared to other fast fashion brands. Really exciting that this is a home grown local label helmed by a female founder.
