Excellent facial place that I found through fave! Place is nice, clean and good ambience. Walking distance from Raffles Place if you are not coming from Downtown line. Abby is personable and very comfortable to talk to, yet she is sensitive to pace it with you whether you are in a talking or quiet moment. She is sincere in sharing good tips for daily skin routine, having considered your skin condition. Totally no hard sell, definitely will consider returning and already recommending this place to other friends!

Found this place via Fave and it turned out to be excellent! I had my facial done by Serene and she was super patient and thorough with the process. :) Loved the massage and entire facial process as well. I did decide to sign the facial package entirely on my own accord but rest assure this place is definitely NOT pushy. Do give it a try! Super worth it under the deal as well ???

I bought the facial trial session via fave and was attended by Abby. She was professional the whole time, explaining each step she was taking and gave me a new mask after the session which I thought was a thoughtful gesture. I really appreciate that she made the whole experience very relaxing and peaceful without initiating any conversations about the negative issues my skin is facing. After the session, there was no hard selling at all and she was very nice to share with me an analysis about my skin type and tips to improve on my daily skincare. I can tell she is very knowledgeable in the field and I feel like I can trust her. I thought the package was really value for money and reasonably priced with flexible payment options. I said I would go home and consider it and she didn’t push at all which I really appreciate. Although she was wearing mask throughout but I can still feel her warm personality. All in all, one of the best facial experiences I had! 5 stars service ??

Tried the scalp treatment and it was truly a wonderful experience even for a trial! Staff was very patient and explained to me in detail about my scalp condition and tailored the treatment for my scalp. I was surprised there was no hard selling of packages! The experience was pleasant from start till end. Will return if I require more treatment :)

Heard about this place through Fave and honestly hands down excellent service. Was served by Abby, very clear and understanding person, was very comfortable and the explanations regarding the future treatments and how to take care of my hair was very useful. Enjoyed my time there, had a cleansing scalp procedure. Abby did an amazing job explaining all points of treatment, my issues, it’s causalities and possible remedies, other than that she is genuinely a nice person to chat. Place and all appliances were clean and well maintained. Treatment itself showed results right away, which left me quite happy. Will come with pleasure again.
