The in house HR and management persol kelly staff provide poor and conflicting information and equally outdated and terrible training and leaving both you and their shareholders - the general public who seek for help and the organisation - their client’s reputation at risk The persol kelly’s HR Management creates a huge toxic culture of blames, threats to contract staff and lies to their shareholders so as to cover up their dirty tracks

There are bad apples in the company. Avoid recruiter Serena Ho, can't even process payroll on time properly.

Signed contract with them but my agent didn’t even send my contract back to me. Discrepancies and MCs not counted because I didn’t have access to my contract and only submitted MCs to supervisor. AL also not counted for after leaving. Harassed for their overpayment error when I already made payment. Seriously. Can your agents be more responsible and actually help the employees whom they are earning commissions from? I have my faults and reasons for not being able to submit into the system but I wasn’t informed. Appeal for MCs to be accepted also rejected because to their finance calendar, it’s not possible to count the MCs but apparently it’s ok to chase for their error of overpayment. I have already quit for almost half a year and I’m being called to make a repayment of the error which THEY made and I HAVE ALREADY paid for. This is ridiculous.

Avoid this recruitment agency if you can. Recruitment agencies are supposed to make your life easier but PERSOLKELLY is the opposite. Submitted my timesheet for Jan 2022 and its been close to a month, I still have not receive my pay. Its a hassle because you have to keep chasing the agent to process the timesheet but no one replies you.

Unaccessible services. No one picked up. When reached. It's was told the consultants working at home and not around. Unreachable. No response. Not helpful.a very frustrating experience. Told to send in resume but already informed the resume is sent. So there must be a focal point or interface but seems like the office is avoiding all calls and all recruiting. I should have read these Google reviews before I called. Called probably ten times. One of which request to wait after lunch. After lunch call up tell me that all the consultants are working from home and you won't be able to reach them.

Worst recruiter ever This recruiters don't read or care about our profiles. For more than a year now, they have been sending me ridiculous job offers that have nothing to dpff my experience or the type of job I want. What on earth are they checking in my profile? But anyways, finally, I was offered a job at a law firm that was relevant to my background, and I went for an interview today. However, when I met the interviewer and had a short chat with him, it was totally clear from the start that they were looking for someone who had nothing to do with my background and that it was a mismatch, so the interview was over in 10 minutes with very little to say. The interviewer was not interested in me at all and it was obvious that he did not want to listen to me. I have never been treated so badly. Why did I even bother to buy a new suit and go all the way to the office? Even if I hadn't, I couldn't get suits at all in Singapore, and I had to run around all over the place to finally get them. If this recruiting company had shared the details of what kind of people they were looking for with me beforehand, I wouldn't have had to go for an interview today. A complete waste of time. Incidentally, as I am Japanese, I also had an English check with a local native English-speaking recruiter before the interview, but it felt like he was just going through the motions. He was not a consultant, he only asked questions according to the format and did not listen to my answers. I won’t use this recruiter never again.

Recruiter Kate Foo (Lead Consultant) has many red flags. She asks for many details of the job seeker but refuses to share about the company. Eg. Unable to share the job’s working hours but expects me to share the exact hours of my commitments outside work. I’ve already said I’m okay with travelling to the company’s office, but she still asks for my street address and nearest MRT in order to access if I’m suitable to work there? (FYI this is not even in the job interview/on-boarding stage) She also compared internship pay with full time pay, which is obviously different. Overall won’t recommend anyone responding/going through them to look for a job.

I am basically not happy with how a recruiter working here handled this situation. She told me about a job and I said agreed to give it a try. Before the call ended, she said she’ll message me the job scopes, etc. At the end of the day, she didn’t. I waited a two days, I messaged her asking if there were any updates, I was completely ignored. I honestly don’t think it is that difficult to reply one sentence at anytime of the day. I found it rude and unprofessional. Do better.
