Jeremy and Cooper helped me with the ant issue in my new place. I contacted Jeremy and he was very responsive and helpful! He replied me immediately and was available throughout our whole discussion. He was very helpful and asked me for more details so that they could best help us. He was also very reassuring in alleviating my worries about the ants. Even though we engaged them on a very last minute notice, they accommodated to our schedule and came down as soon as they could. Cooper was punctual, friendly and professional in looking for the ants. He also offered to come back to look at our house again to check once more after our renovation is finished. Happy with their service!

I approached Pest Off to install bird spikes to solve birds issue for my condo unit, the consultant Jocelyn was very professional and helpful, the technician was also quite patient and careful. I'm very satisfied with the final result.

Excellent service by Hairil and Jamal. We had mosquito infestations in our school area and they were quick to provide excellent suggestions and act instantly. They did a great job and provided a good explanation on mosquito preventive methods. After doing their rounds, found the source of mosquito breeding area and immediately tackle the issue. Always on time and did their job well without even any supervision. Need only to brief and show them around the area once and they spring into action. Kudos to PestOff. Jocelyn Seow was very responsive. She connected with me immediately even though it was a weekend. She was also very professional in explaining about options for preventing birds nesting around our aircon condenser. Her recommendation was spot on. Finally, when the service was executed, the team and the workmanship was very professional. So far we are completely satisfied.

When I first contacted Jocelyn on whatsapp and relayed to her the bird problems (nesting and pooping) at my new resale unit at Bedok Reservoir, she provided a few options to solve the problems and also highlighted the potential health/hygiene issues that might crop if the problems are left ignored. We ended up with the bird net solution to prevent the bird problems from recurring again. Then, during site survey to assess the problems, I brought her to see the problematic areas and she immediately knew what needs to be done. Her knowledge and experience simply impressed me. The way she briefed the Lead Rope Access Technician was also very professional. Then when the bird deterrent works began, I visited the team twice in the 2 days to see for myself how it's done. I was impressed with how meticulous the whole team of 6 (if im not wrong) went about inserting the hooks for the net, while ensuring personal safety at all times. Being an ex-firefighter, I knew the dangers and risks involved in such tasks. They team leader also briefed me what they did and the problems faced in the course of their work. They are true professionals, experts in their field. With the risks involved and the quality services rendered before, during and after the whole project, I thought this investment is a small price to pay to prevent future problems.
