Dealing with Edwin and his team was an extremely pleasant and fuss free experience. The response was prompt and the solution effective. Awesome! I contacted Edwin as I had a sudden infestation of black ants. I tried utilizing a number of different pesticides and ant baits - everything that was available for retail purchase, I basically bought out. None of the solutions worked and every morning, the ants would just reappear and make their way into the home (they had made their nest in the main door frame of the house). A Pestwerkz team member quickly identified the issue, sprayed a strong commercial grade pesticide - and even the queen came out of the woodwork (literally!). To ensure that nothing else would remain, commercial grade ant bait was then applied and left in place. That was 4 months ago and I haven’t not had a single ant in the house since then!

I moved into a new rented place with no idea that the previous tenant left behind a “present” for me. The hugest problem was that I could not find the origin or any nests at all, but imagine seeing north of 5 cockroaches every day in your own house (and bedroom!). Anyone at all who is deathly afraid of a pest infestation in their own homes would definitely say that a prompt response and reaction is the key first step. Not only has Edwin been super quick to respond to me (and my frantic SOS WhatsApp messages throughout our entire program), he immediately arranged for his team to come down at the earliest available slot the next day. Edwin eventually proposed an intensive two-week program, and for the next two weeks, came down and misted the entire apartment. His program works - after every program implementation day, he sends me photo updates and calls with proof of reduction - imagine my daily cockroach sighting to almost nothing, all dead roaches, in just two weeks! Throughout the entire process, I could tell that he didn’t want to upsell nonsense packages to me, and only wanted to solve the issue for me. I say this because I contacted another more well-known service provider, and the first thing they said to me through WhatsApp without having seen my apartment beforehand was for me to purchase a maintenance package. Edwin’s approach was to inspect first, propose the most effective plan, and then monitor the situation again after program implementation before seeing what type of maintenance was needed. In fact, I would have bought a weekly spray-down if he asked me to, but he informed me that because of the success of his program, there was no need to spend such money. Thank you for saving costs for me! I also want to compliment Hamzah - extremely brave and professional person. He carefully inspected my premises for me, and remained calm for the both of us. Even though I asked so many questions and was so panicky, he remained super friendly, patient, and overall very reassuring. He gave so many tips to me on how to avoid more infestations and spots to look out for - I took them all! Thank you so much! Just a bonus - I have a pet dog, but both Edwin and Hamzah were so nice to her when they were in my house! Their chemicals are also food grade and pet-friendly - so furparents don’t have to worry about your animals with PestWerkz’ solutions. Overall, I highly recommend PestWerkz. I will be engaging them to maintain all houses I may live in in Singapore, so although I hope they have enough bandwidth for me even after they become more popular, I want to reassure all worried home or store owners that your premises will be in good hands with Edwin, Hamzah, and the team!
