I received a helpful guide how to manage my flat after pest control in order not to have same bug issue again. One month long fighting with the bedbugs, I can enjoy sleeping peacefully. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam practice. Do not engage their services. Pest treatment was scheduled to be once every fortnight. Termi-bug altered the frequency to be every month AFTER payment has been made. Calls to their office were ignored and messages to them were ignored. DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very costly: I had a minor bed bug condition in my apartment somewhere in early April. They failed to detect the bugs in my plastic chest of drawers. I found them myself. Basically, Item 1 was failed. Item 2 and 3 should be combined as 1 task while Item 4 is borrowed from me at additional costs of 160 for two weeks. Should there be any more bed bugs, there's the warranty since I borrowed their steamer. Otherwise, please note that there are no warranty. Also, if they come to check on your 2 month warranty, and if there are no bed bugs, there is additional 80 bucks. All in all. I paid a total of 460 for merely pesticide misting. No fogging included. I think there are better choices outside which offers at 300 bucks at unlimited visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used them to treat our dining table from drywood termites. Paid for it, they did 2 rounds of treatment which they said worked. When I got another company to fix the damaged table they found new termites. I reached out to Termibug again asking them to finish the job. They responded and asked me to pay for the second time. When I challenged them about the additional charge they stopped responding to my messages completely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The directors of Termibug and Execute Pest Control are the same people, registered office address also the same at #07-02 S(159545), based on business profiles by ACRA.
Signed a 24-month contract with Execute Pest Control, they fulfilled 7 months, then disappeared. Termite situation not under control, all empty promises.
Filed a claim with SCT, they did not turn up for the Consultation appointment. I've an Order for them to compensate me for the defaulted period of the contract, will serve to them to pay up.
