Pet Clinic - 211 Serangoon Ave 4

1st time visiting this vet as my regular vet was fully booked. My cat was vomiting foamy and did not eat nor drink for the last 24hrs. Did a blood test on him and did a consultation with Dr Robin. Overall is pricey compared to other vets.

Dr Robin Au correctly diagnosed and medicate my dog through great medical knowledge and experience. Did not push unnecessary tests like junior vets from other clinics who cannot recognize symptoms and rack up a huge bill but never identify the problem. Kudos ??

I trust Dr Au with my fur kids, and I know they will be in great hands! He always explains in detail what exactly is wrong with my dogs.

Dr Robin Au is super caring and experienced. My 12 yo golden retriever has been seeing Dr Robin since young and recently did a few surgeries with local anaesthesia to remove some lumps. He’s the only vet that gave me an alternative suggestion to full anaesthesia as compared to prior opinions that I’ve seeked due to the mild nature of my dog. Really thankful for that! He does not overcharge nor over recommend tests which are not necessary for our pets. Very ethical and friendly vet!

Totally professional and one of the few no-nonsense vets that GENUINELY care for your dogs. One of my dogs is extremely nervous going out but somehow was at ease at the clinic and Dr Robin was amazing with her. They take appointment bookings which so far, in my experience, always start on time so you dont end up waiting. Supporting staff were very warm yet professional and lovely. Plenty of parking and just altogether a great experience for someone looking for a trustworthy and stress-free vet visit.

location and facade of the pet clinic look like a reasonable price clinic but i was wrong. own 3 dogs and been to several vets but as my latest addition is a big dog who has motion sickness whenever taking car so bring him here due to proximity. fungus infection on lower hinge leg - simple shave off of the matted area , clean up, 2 injection, 2 weeks of antibiotic and inflammatory pills and peroxide solution and antibacterial powder - charged me 350 dollar. 4 days later called me to say the lab test shown is fungus and asked me to collect medicine for fungus. - prescribe another 2 weeks of fungus pill and liver supplement and shampoo and cream - wanted to charge me 250 for it - but i walked off. assuming if i take up the second round of medication it will be 600 dollars for a isolated area fungus infection. can't imagine how much i will be charged if this is a more serious sickness. everyone operate a business to make money but not to this extend. and my dog being a 14 months old - it seem it is over dose with medications. in our experience with vet in singapore never seen anyone charge so high. oh yes to add on. 2 months ago ear infection also prescribe 2 weeks of antibiotics and inflammation and charge me 250 dollar too. it seem every condition they like to prescribe 2 weeks of antibiotics- i am just confused even human of 80kg don't need 2 weeks of antibiotics let alone a 17kg dog.

Very professional and quick. Even having 3 pet owners in the vet, they allowed walk-ins during odd hours when their clinic was closing. Doctor Robin Au took proper and quick diagnostic steps to find out the issues having with my pet cat.

Had an emergency with my cat and they kindly accepted us as a walk in, staffs were friendly and accommodating towards us and our little kitty. Dr was straightforward with his diagnosis and could tell that he is very sincere in diagnosing our cat. Would definitely recommend!
