Thank you for the excellent service. Darren understands our sorrow of us as pet owners trying to send our beloved late pets. He also shared experiences with customers and guided us on the procedures of the cremation and scattering of ashes. I am very satisfied with the service he provided despite being a first time customer.

We were able to book in relatively short notice. The setup was a very nice touch, but above all was the owner (?) being very understanding and sympathetic to the customers every step of the way. It is a huge plus also that they deliver the urn the next day, so no need to claim and make 2 trips. I would recommend PetCremation to everyone.

Very professional & helpful team. Really want to thank Darren and his team in assisting us on sending my babygirl off. Darren was really patient with us, we enquired about the packages they have and he responded really fast & was very detailed in explaining what are the options that we can choose from. Even though they do not operate 24/7 as seen on the opening hours from their web, but they were always responsive. On the 25th April evening i informed Darren that i might need his service real soon, might be later tonight or tomorrow (as i can feel that it was almost time, cos my sick babygirl was not looking good by then). He asked for my location so he could put someone on standby. My babygirl left around midnight, gave Darren a text and his guy arrived in less than an hour. Scheduled for a private cremation the next day to send off my beloved babygirl. Setup for the ceremony was really pretty. Sincerely appreciate Darren and his team.

I had the grief of needing to engage Pet Cremators SG’s service not just once, but twice actually. Both my beloved pet dogs had passed away in the short interval of two months between them. Pet Cremators was recommended to us by our house vet when our first dog died in April. Amidst our grief, I was however blessed to have encountered the good grace of their services. Darren was both respectful and informative throughout our conversations on the arrangements. His responses have been prompt and reassuring. Even the handler who turned up to pick up our dog handled her with the due reverence. As we had opted not to be present during the private cremations on both occasions due to our immense grief, Darren had kept us updated along the way and showed us pictures of their last rites, which were beautifully arranged. Post cremation, we had their ashes sent back to us. Even in this aspect, Darren had been timely with the delivery. We pray we wouldn’t have to go through another sad departure with our next pet dog (if we adopt one again) anytime soon, but when the day comes again, I’ll be sure to entrust the care and arrangement to Pet Cremators again.

Was recommended Darren when my little lovebird baby passed on and am impressed with Darren's quick response and Elwan's professional way of handling my baby's body. The memorial table was neatly set up and they took care of my baby's body well while waiting for the cremation to take place.

Sadly we had to experience the pain of looking for a place to cremate our baby girl. Was reccomended to Darren and I must say, I am so happy our baby girls cremation was handled by them. Super patient and understanding, they have alot of empathy and respect for people deceased pets. Even though the driver had to come to my place at 11pm to pick up babys body, he was very courteous and handled her body so gently. Prices are quite good and their keepsake is resonably priced too. If youre looking for a place that will explain the process and handle your furkids body with respect, go to them.

Thank you Darren and Gary for assisting us with our dearest Pinky’s send off and cremation. Darren has been very prompt in his replies and have guided us through every step in difficult moment. He promptly updates us on every area in the send off journey (eg when driver is picking up the body, after the cremation is done, etc). We also have a unique situation with our previous dog, Shiba’s, ashes. He understood our situation and request immediately and went the extra mile to fulfill our request. We are very thankful and impressed by the set up for the send off. Thank you for making the effort to ensure that our beloved Pinky and Shiba is being sent off properly with love and pride. Daren and Gary have been really professional and patient. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. Pinky is very blessed to have been taken care so well by the team at her very last moment in this world. Thank you.

We had a really good experience here, special thanks to Mr Darren. After Ruby's passing, he made immediate arrangement to collect my pet dog, and whatsapp me the details of cremation. It’s the first time so I was really assured, due to their professionalism and explanation. On day of cremation, there was a small cosy room for us to spend our last moments with our paw friend. I sincerely thank Pet Cremator for their dedication and wonderful services.
