A truly PROFIT-CENTRIC organisation. We’ve been with Petopia for a few years now but the experience I had today is truly shocking and upsetting. Today, I informed them that I had to cancel my dog’s grooming appointment scheduled for the next day (14hrs ahead) as she’s unwell. She’s a very senior dog and is refusing to eat and struggling to walk for the past 2 days. Granted, we should have cancelled the appointment earlier but we were hoping that she would get better tonight. Upon receiving my cancellation message, Petopia’s representative started responding more than necessary on WhatsApp, telling me that their stylists need to make a living and how I should put myself in their shoes. So I agreed with their suggestion, to never make an appointment again so we wouldn’t have to ever face this situation. But the representative went on to tell me how they have to pay their stylists with their own money for each cancellation. At this point, I don’t think any further exchange of messages would bring value to either party. So I replied saying he/she has explained more than enough. But they continued on and told me how this cancellation affects their business. To relief myself from more pain & stress than what I’m already going through, I decided to block and delete their number. My dog is struggling to live. And you don’t have any empathy nor compassion. This is not right, and it is definitely not a place I would ever recommend to anyone.

Sent my Japanese Spitz there for grooming for the last 3 months and tried their 2-in-1 spa once. I like the spa treatment as my pet's fur feels extremely soft however I think it's a little pricey which I won't do it very regularly. The service is good. Very friendly and attentive groomer. I'm very happy to see my pet after the session as he looks so neat and fluffy. They gave him a bow tie which is something delights me as well. I kind of look forward in collecting them every month.

As an Ex-Employee here at Petopia from the start of June till the Start of Sept 2021, working here has been an impactful and meaningful experience, one that I am greatly going to miss. What I have learnt from working here is that Petopia is more than just a business , it is a second home not just for those who works here but also those they serve. I can agree that nothing is more important to the company than the care for the animals. Over at Petopia, I was able to experience first hand what it is like to to ensure that the animals under their care was well taken care of such as their diet, comfort, hygiene, etc. In my experience working here, the bosses and my colleagues have treated me with nothing but love and have taught me great values such as respect towards the customers, how to treat their pets with great care and that animals are no different from humans, always treat them the way we want to be treated Tbh, I'm really really going to miss working here.

good services from the staff, always welcomed with a smile like old friends. dog is always well taken care of under their supervision when my furkid is staying over a couple of days. excellence surveillance system implemented at their place as well as I can monitor my furkid anytime via my mobile with internet connection. grooming is also great as well as they hire professionals groomers and to cut as the style that I wanted. excellence place and people! please keep it up!

Petopia : Top Notch! I recently moved from the USA to Singapore as Expat Residence. I brought my Havanese along. A neighbor within my Singapore Condo recommended Petopia for boarding and grooming needs. Have done so and it has been a wonderful experience! They do a true top notch job providing excellent services, facilities and genuine care. Very accommodating, responsive and reliable. I fully endorse Petopia and have no reservation in recommending them to anyone seeking great care and services for their dog (or cat).

My puppy used to enjoy his spa and grooming sessions at Petopia. He used to smell pretty bad and bite his paws till they were bare and sore. So we tried the spa sessions for him and it worked. His fur became nice as fluffy for a golden retriever and he didn't smell bad anymore. We then tried the grooming sessions and he totally loved it. So if you are looking for a place to pamper your furry friend, then you should consider sending them to Petopia. From grooming to spas, they are equipped and know how to pamper you furry friend.

Used to be one of there staff there. As a dog owner myself. I’ll definitely not recommend anyone to place their pets in Petopia. What I seen in my brief period of time there is really terrible. When it’s full house, Petopia houses the pets behind in their storeroom in a crate, not the nice “see thru glass room” with camera in it. What they will do is, they will rotate the dogs so to give the owners the impression that their pets are staying comfortably in the “hotel room”. The owners can’t even take care of their own dog. They had a dachshund which is rather young, around 3-4 years old at that time and already having spinal issues and been thru a operation. What I found out was, the owner allow it to climb stairs and jump up and down sofas, which is a BIG NO NO for dachshund. I’m surprised that they had no idea on how to take care of a Dachshund. Another critical problem is, they use Dettol! Which contain pine and can leads to issues in the central nervous system, liver, and kidney! I’m not sure whether are they still using Dettol, I sure hope they have stopped using it. Let’s not talk about their staff welfare & benefits. Attached picture is their poor dachshund

So far I have been sending my dogs to Petopia and I only trust them with handling of my dog. I don’t think there’s any other place I can trust for my dog. Although it can be expensive. I think it’s worth it. I like their spa packages but can only do it for my dog once in a while ^^” …. I also love how they take pics from every grooming/staycation visit and sometimes their photo bundle is so cute. I have one framed up in my house from Halloween period. Thanks Petopia !
