Very clean and spacious place unlike other commercial pet shops. A haven shopping place for anything related to hamsters. Owner was very nice to share his knowledge on hamster cages and the brand of food I should get for my hamsters. No hardselling. A little difficult to get to the location though if not driving, but will definitely go back.

I was amazed by Niven's knowledge of hamsters and acrylic tanks. His customer-oriented traits coupled with the technical know-how on an ideal acrylic tank set-up are what differentiates Pet Fables from the rest. I have gotten a 120cm acrylic tank from them and my hamster absolutely loves the new tank (as opposed to my savic heaven cage). Thanks Niven for your tips and guidance!

Thanks Niven for helping me and patiently explain to me how to setup the tank and basic maintenance. Also bought wood shavings, sand and some snacks from them. They even help me load up the tank on to my car! Good service. Overall pleasant experience.

Clean store, well stocked. Beautiful displays and samples with active healthy adorable hamsters to play with. Got all my 10 children from Pet Fables and they're the cutest cottonballs❤️ stock quality are good too :) highly recommended to shop here at Pet Fables. Bonus: Staff are polite and extremely helpful.

If I could give this gem of a store 6-stars I would. The owners and crew were genuine, gave us good practical advice and seem to truly care about their little ones. Hamsters are kept in massive display tanks unlike other pet shops I’ve been to and they have a huge variety of products to choose from. Simply the best one-stop hamster specialist store in Singapore hands down ❤️

Pet Fables is seriously one of a kind. I bought a cage about a year ago and it was wrapped perfectly and they even offered to carry it to our car. During this period of time, I was scratching my head for a new cage for one of my hamsters due to a recently bought cheap acrylic self-assembled one that really sucked (I thought I was getting a good buy). There were ants crawling around and I was about to leave the country for a few days and didn't want my hamster bothered by so many ants! I realised it was because she stored food near the gaps of the self-assembled one so ants had gathered. I panicked and decided to contact Pet Fables again instead of any other hamster shop and within a few hours of me contacting him on WhatsApp, he knew I was a previous customer (never texted before), he assembled a cage for me and BAM it was done. I got a courier to get it and it was again, so wonderfully wrapped. Thank you for the ammmmazing service and the super quick response. I'm so much more at ease now, knowing my hamster is safe in a Pet Fables cage ???? Do patronise them for hamster goodies because they're so warm, polite, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you!!!

5 stars is not a high enough rating for this place!! I purchased my custom acrylic cage from here around a year ago with guidance under the staff for sizing and recommendations to suit my hamsters needs. Since then I have continued to get all my pet supplies from them. They are quick to response to messages and delivery time is very fast! Niven is highly knowledgeable about all things hamster related and happily answers any questions which certainly put myself and partner at ease (as new hamster owners at the time). This is my go to hamster store, highly recommended if you want a friendly and personal experience!!!
