Don't hesitate bringing your dogs here as the dedicated team takes such good care of them! They have always gone above and beyond, even running in the rain to help me! I always look forward to the photo updates and love seeing how happy my dogs always look! Thanks guys, for everything that you do!

Hands Down the best of the best doggy day care in Singapore. You can feel secure and at peace when your fur baby is at up for paws day care. The staff are truly wonderful and caring and your fur baby comes home happier than when he/she left home. The best decision we made since we moved to Singapore. Our Corgi, loves her day care more than anything and it makes us so happy to see our little corgi so happy. Thank you up for paws for your fabulous service. :)

We have been sending our dog to this daycare for the past month or so and are thrilled with the service. Our dog isn't the easiest as she is a shy Singapore Special pup. The staff at UFP have been very patient and understanding and helped to ease our dog into the new surroundings. We were so happy to see that after just two sessions, our dog wagged her tail enthusiastically when Pal came to pick her up from the flat. It has helped to put our minds at ease whilst at work to receive updates and pictures. It is also reassuring to know that our dog is under such great care whilst we are at work! I would recommend UFP for anyone looking for an excellent day care for your dogs whilst at work.

My experience is only regarding interaction with the staff, so my review is purely based on that. Communication can be improved by leaps and bounds. I’m pretty disappointed as they’ve such good reviews on google and fb but sadly my encounter with them was not up to standard. The first time I made a booking for assessment, one of the staff (staff #1) contacted me to arrange a date. On the day of assessment, I asked if I needed to bring anything? I was blue ticked. So nevermind, we still brought our dog there. At the shop, the staff (staff #2) was surprised we had an assessment but still let us in nonetheless, and said she’ll let my dog interact w the other dogs to see how it goes. We left our dog there and went home since the assessment would take roughly an hour. However, 10 minutes later I got a call asking me to come and bring my dog back, because they don’t have enough medium sized dogs to complete the assessment as they were out on an outing. We were a bit turned off, as that was something she would’ve known and could’ve saved us a trip by rejecting us right there and then. Also, it shows the poor communication between the staff itself, that assessment schedules aren’t made known to all staff or at least the staff that is tending the shop on that day. But nevermind, we decided to give them a another chance. When we went back to pick our dog, she told me someone will contact me in a few days to rearrange another date for assessment. Many days and weeks passed but I didn’t hear from anyone. Alright, I guess it slipped their minds. No problem. We headed down to the shop physically to speak to the staff (staff #3) who apologised and said oh they’ve forgotten. But next time round, they won’t forget! So we arranged an assessment date then and there, and also noted that my dog would be assessed with medium sized dogs. We left feeling optimistic. We later also realised she didn’t drop us text to confirm our slot. Come assessment day, we brought our dog there and reached at 1030am on the dot. The shop was empty, and multiple knockings didn’t do any good. We called the number stated on their website (since I didn’t have any other number). A man picked up, and said there should be someone at the shop. He will contact them and asked us to wait. We waited… waited… still nobody. Tried to call the same number but nobody picked up. Just as we were about to leave, we saw 2 staff approaching each with 5 big dogs. They’d just returned from their walk. One of them (staff #5) asked us to wait while he put the dogs down. He came and we asked if they’d known whether or not we had an assessment today? He said yeah he knew but they left late for their walk because … etc etc. Super turned off at this point because while it’s a valid reason, we were left hanging and didn’t know whether or not the assessment was still on. The least they could’ve done was to send me a text message! Ok nevermind, so we proceeded to ask about the program. One of the questions I asked was what if the dogs pulled during the walks? He said they’ll attempt to put on short leash but hard to control 5 dogs at once so he’ll let them pull until they’re tired. This is a red flag for me because we’re working on loose leash walking but having someone allow her to pull would only make her regress. But ok nevermind. So we asked to proceed with the assessment. He brought out a big dog, and we were surprised. We said the last time we came here, staff #4 said she will be assessed with medium sized dogs? He said eh? He wasn’t aware of this. The staff #4 didn’t mention this fact. There’s no medium dogs in the shop available for assessment as they had all gone for an outing. We thanked him and left the shop. At this point, we’re tired of wasting so much time with UFP when every time we’re left with no progress. They’re not organised and are basically a mess. Even if we went back a 4th time round, I wouldn’t trust them to take care of my dog well because they didn’t give me a good impression at all.

We had been sending Coco to UpforPaws since we moved to Singapore nearly 2 years ago from Canada. We opted in for their pick-up/drop off service making it incredibly convenient for us. They have a team of very attentive, dedicated dog lovers who ensure her daycare sessions are well documented with many photos and videos via her very own WhatsApp group. Sadly we’re moving back home and will miss the whole team dearly.

If your looking for a doggie day care that you can trust to provide exceptional care & total unconditional love to your dog this is the place. We adopted a Singapore Special & wanted him to learn some doggie social skills & be comfortable away from his family. Plus just have some fun with his paw pals! From his initial induction to now going on a regular basis the care & love the team provide is wonderful. He gets collected & dropped off & we have updates with photos through the day to let us know how much fun he’s having. 100% trustworthy & reliable. Definitely recommend!

The best care a dog can get!!!! UFP has a great team that truly cares for all the dogs. They send frequent updates with pictures and videos, have fun activities for the dogs, have safety protocols in place like doggie gate and separation of big and small dogs.... Bonus points: they also carry out fun activities like monthly birthday celebrations, halloween parties for dogs and more :D

this place is best for small to medium-small dogs, as their facility has very limited space. they also hesitate taking on active or energetic dogs as they said they can't manage the energy levels with so many dogs under their care.
